Designed to perform in either F or E♭, the Bubbie 5 comes fitted with five rotary valves for smooth, precise control.

By default, this popular tuba plays in F, with the fifth valve acting as a flat tone to make it fully chromatic down to the lowest register.

However, switching to E♭ is easy: just connect the fifth-valve lever to the opposite side, fit the supplied one-tone slide, and pull out the tuning slides as needed. The result: an E♭ travel tuba with an ascending fifth valve and exceptional response in every key.
